"El tamborilero", The Little Drummer Boy in Spanish, from my youth in P. R. It still moves me in either language.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite is a Christmas Carol by Kenny Rogers. It's about a little girl named Carol who wants a family for Christmas. But I also love Rudolph and Frosty:)

ReplyDeleteMy Mom had taken latin in school and every christmas when we were little, she would teach us to sing O Come All Ye Faithful in latin. I still remember some of it and to this day, it's my absolute favorite. :)

My favorite Christmas song is "White Christmas" sung by Bing Crosby. No other song does it for me quite like that one. No other singer either. It's a little piece of heaven for me.

Silent Night - I can just picture the soldiers singing it all together - it brings tears to my eyes when I hear/sing it...especially in church!
